update:2010-3-6
Luca Brecel(born in March.8th, 1995) is a snooker player from Belgium.
 Amateur Career

In April 2009 when he was 14 he became the European youngest champion under 19 years old.

In May 2009 in the Portugal snooker series, he was only defeated by Graeme Dott when competing with Jimmy White and Ken Doherty.

In August 2009 he defeated Hunter JoePerry and he was ranked the twelfth.

In January 2010 he defeated the world champion Hendry.
Earlier this month, Brecel made history when he became the youngest player to win the European U19 championships in Russia. The youngster from the Flemish town of Dilsen-Stokkem in northeast Belgium only turned 14 in March but continued to impress by winning biggest title of his young career in St Petersburg. The European U19 champions is usually granted a place on the main tour the following season, but Brecel will have to wait until he is 16 and can turn professional.
Brecel has already had 30 147s in practice and had his first competitive century - an effort of 122 - when he was 12. His natural ability at his age is comparative to the junior players who developed into top senior stars, such as Ronnie O"Sullivan and Mark Williams. His maturity and ability in matchplay situations is also remarkable, given his inexperience. In the U19 final against Michael Walsey he came from 5-4 down to win 6-5, taking the final frame on the black. He also clinched his place in the final with a break of 135 against Jack Lisowski. Seems to have all the attributes needed to become a top pro.
